Get rid of blackheads?

HOW do i do it?

a product for sensitive skin

that won't dry my face outGet rid of blackheads?
Blackheads are not caused by bacteria like many people think. Instead they are caused by your skin's secretion of oil that is exposed to oxygen which causes the oil in the pore to become a black or brownish color when the oil reaches the surface of the skin. If you have large pores or very oily skin you may have a hard time keeping the blackheads away, but there are ways to get rid of them temporarily. Washing your face everyday with a mild cleanser like mentioned earlier definitely helps get rid of some of the oil and dirt that builds up over the day. Also, using a mild astringent helps. If you wear makeup, make sure it is noncomedogenic (it should say that on the bottle) and oil free. If you want to get really serious about getting rid of blackheads and pimples, you might consider visiting a dermatologist. They can definitely help. Until then, here is an article that you might want to look at...

Hope this helps! =)Get rid of blackheads?
Method 1

Use creams containing AHA's (Alpha Hydroxyl Fruit acids) like glyco-creams that will clear away any dead skin cells and ';expose'; the blackhead. Use the AHA's every 3 days or so.

Method 2

Make a lotion with equal parts of lime juice, almond oil and glycerine and apply on the face. It not only cures blackheads but the discoloring spots on the face too.

Method 3

Warm a little honey and apply on the trouble spots.

Wash off after 10-15 minutes.

Method 4

Beat an egg white stiff.

Add 1 tsp honey.

With a cotton swab apply on the face and leave for half an hour.

Rinse with warm water and pat it dry.

Method 5

Rinse your face with hot water to open your pores.

Generously saturate a section of washcloth with olive or almond oil.

Place a dab of toothpaste (not the gel kind) on the oily washcloth.

Gently and thoroughly rub the toothpaste over your nose with the oily cloth. Do it twice if you have a lot of blackheads.

Massage it into your whole face if you like. Add more oil or toothpaste as necessary.

Wait about 5 minutes, then rinse your face thoroughly with hot water and a clean washcloth.

Splash your face with cold water (preferable iced) to close the pores. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Tips

Avoid washing the face with soaps more than twice a day. Instead wash your face often with plain water splashes.

Keep your hair away from your face. Greasy hair and skin go together, and hair can spread infection.

Sunshine or ultra-violet light encourages skin peeling, and so helps to clear blocked pores. So sunbathing or use of sun-beds in moderation can be helpful. Except that continuous peeling leads to skin cancer.
Biores warming blackhead cleansing cream works REALLY WELL.Also, Neutraginas acne solution, it dries your face out a little, but its cheap(you can buy it at wall mart) and you see results in 2 days. trust me, i used to have really bad acne/blackhead infested face issues lol, and i used the neutragina stuff, and now my skin on my face is really healthy, and doesnt have any more imperfections!! I LOVE IT!!!!
try biore strips or their warming blackhead cleanser
fill a bowl with steamy water and put your face over it. throw a towel over your head to keep the steam in. after ten minutes, use a blackhead extractor to pop them.
Absolutely don't squeeze them, you will make the problem worse %26amp; it can leave a blemish in it's place.

I would use a hot compress or Proactive cream.

I have sensitive skin too %26amp; I never had to use anything on my skin before. I'm going through my skin adolescence in middle age. :)
Try Biore Pore Perfect (Deep cleansing pore Strips). I had many in my nose area and these strips took them all off. Really...I'm not lying. Try it.The pack is about 6 to 8.00 dollars.
The only thing that worked for me is the Oil Cleansing Mask. (google OCM). You mix 3 parts castor oil with 1 part olive oil. Massage into face and leave on about 20 min. You can put a warm washcloth on top to help it penetrate. After that, wipe until clean with a clean wet washcloth and follow up with your regular cleaner if necessary. This got rid of 90% of the blackheads that I had had for YEARS in about 3 or 4 treatments. It's a little messy and sounds gross but it works.
steam your face then use a blackhead scrub

try st ives products
I'm sorry, I don't know. Try asking a assitant at the drug store, or look for something that says it's for sensitive skin.

Whatever you do DO NOT (contrary to popular belief) POP OR SQUEEZE YOUR PIMPLES!!!!! It can cause (permanent!) scarring and also-one of the main reasons for getting pimples is that you touch your face. So whatever they say DON'T squeeze them!!!! I'm just trying to help.
use a wash cloth with semi-hot water and scrub lightly. if that doesnt work then that means that the blackheads are deep. get a facial, someplaces have this thing where they kind of vacuum them out. it might be costly but my mom said it works.
Wash your face every morning and night with a mild soap such as Dove. When you dry your face, pat it dry instead of rubbing it because this spreads bacteria to other parts of your face and bacteria is what causes black heads in the first place. Good Luck! Hope this helps...
boil water and take it off the stove. add a few drops tea tree oil and put a towel over your head and the pot to trap the steam. Steam your face for about 10-15 minutes and wrap tissue around your fingertips to gently squeeze that black head out. be careful that you don't press too hard as it can damage the skin and cause it to break under the skin and spread or lead to infection. And make sure that you are cleansing twice a day and exfoliating 2-3 times a week. I just answered this in another blackhead question.

And to not dry your skin use a product line called dermalogica. I am an instuctor at a beauty school and we use this line. It is pricey, but excellent!
pop them.
Squeeze Em !!
pop and squeeze them
