Squeeze the blackheads out. They won't scar up by squeezing like with regular acne.
Invest in some products - a clay face mask, a home facial kit (Olay has very good products) and at night after you do your skin care routine just slather on some clearasil vanishing cream. And get a good moisturizer for your face during the day because the products I mentioned above will really dry your skin out (but that's the only way to combat skin problems).
