Sure does. Salt is notorius for drawing fluids into it. Salt ';dries'; things up, pulls fluids into, etc...just like the fluids from your pimple.

The salt dries the skin out a little, but doesnt necesarily clear blackheads (it doesnt really sink into the pores really deep).
