Whatever you do....DO NOT pick at your face. It will only exacerbate the situation!! And don't over wash your face. If you make it very dry you will stimulate the oil glands causing your face to produce more pimples. Also, you could get a facial at a local salon. I use proactiv. It definately helps. Use the 3 face cleaning solutions, but for overnight pimple zapping power, dab a bit of the mask on the pimple. The sulfur dries out the pimple and helps to make it go away. The solutions are slightly on the pricey side (for me at least) but if you're really worried about it, it's worth it.
