Blackheads/eye circles?

I HAVE VERY TINY BLACK SPOTS ON MY NOSE. THEY SEEM TO GO AWAY AT TIMES BUT THEN COME BACK. WHAT ARE THEY AND HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM?

I know this sounds really weird but put glue on your nose wait for it to dry and peel it off preferably Elmer's glue...i do this all the time and it works!!
Honey, try the Neutrogena acne soap. A pharmacist recommended this for me. You can but it in bar form or liquid. It sells for under $3. Good Luck!
