Blackheads and arm acne???

I have alot of blackheads on my nose...ive had blackheads for years now and i want to get rid of them in a month..please tell me how..





also kinda of strange but i have zits or what seems like zits on my arms...how do i get rid of/prevent these? i actually have regular benzoyl peroxide on them now will that help?Blackheads and arm acne???

Exfoliate your body well to brush away dead skin cells.
for your face by an acne wash and an ance cream and try to wash your face 3 times a day and apply the cream to the pimple related area's and for your arms buy a good mouisturizing body wash and a good mouisturiser to hlep recude them and the acne should be gone within a month but i am not sure bout the arm zit thingys
