Blackheads on my nose!?

I have a million little blackheads on my nose! What can I do to get rid of them. They never go away! My nose is very porous and you the pores are big enough to see from just a couple of feet away!

What are your recommendations? Please factor in cost if possible.

Thanks!Blackheads on my nose!?
I was once in the same position you are. I did this and now my face is actually extremely clear. So take my advice or not.

First I'd suggest Putting a Black head removal strip on your nose. Try the [biore] brand. They are the ultimate best. And make sure you get the extra powerful ones. Now, these wont pull out all your blackheads. And it sometimes dont even pull the blackheads out completely. But its a start. So go ahead and take a wet wash cloth and wipe away whatever you can...

Next you'll need a PEEL off rub-on facial mask. dont use the kind you wash off. Those dont work as well. If you use the kind that peels, it will pull the blackheads out, along with the dead skin. you can either put it all over ur face or just on your nose. [putting it all over your face prevents pimples]

After that. Your nose will look somewhat dried out so rub [rubbing] alcohol on your nose with a cotton swab. and then put some aloe lotion on it. This will take out the blackheads. Unfortunately. Your nose isnt going to rid of ALL the blackheads. Everybody has them. But you'll just lose the more noticeable ones.

Heres how to minimize your pores :

Emu oil is loaded with emu oil, an anti bacterial and natural oil that penetrates deep into the skin to shrink the appearance of large pores. Minimizing pores with topical care happens in roughly 2-4 weeks with consistent use. It helps to loosen dead and old skin on the face and body where pores have become enlarged. Emu oil works well to prevent the appearance of wrinkles and aids in smooth skin and helps to moisturize to prevent dry skin! ----------) thats about 15 bucks right there. But hey! it works!

Tips to remove blackheads

Use a facial wash with 2 - 2.5% salicylic acid once a day (say, in the morning). This acid acts as an exfoliant, and will help break down the blackheads. Then use a facial moisturizer with SPF 15 in the daytime. This will protect your face and help cut down on oil production. Then use a gentle face cleanser (no exfoliant) in the evening before bed.

If you have further problems with breakouts, substitute a 5% benzoyl peroxide wash for the gentle face cleanser in the evening.

All this stuff you can get cheap, over the counter.
use neutrigina...i used to have some around like my nostrile area on the sides..a dn i started to use neutrigina and it all went away
i wish i had the idea, myne have been there forever, and i HATE them. im so conceted about them, im considering the rip off strips, but they hurt acording to my friend, but im willing to try ANYTHING.
use black ead removal strips !!!........................u get rid of them instiently ....then u can take measures 2 prevent them from comin back again !!!
Use Clean%26amp; Clear
I am in the same rut as you are. My blackheads and pores used to be really noticable and I hated them. I still have them, though, but they're not as large as they used to be. I use the Biore pore strips. I think they're around 8 dollars a box. The first 2-3 strips you use may not pull anything out at all. But after that, you'll see all of these gross things come out onto the strip. Only bad news is that the blackheads will come back in a couple of days.

I have also been using Proactiv recently and that has helped reduce the amount of blackheads on my nose. My pores are still huge as ever, but at least they're clearing up a bit. You can't shrink your pores permanently, unfortunately. Sucks for us, huh?
