well when i have one i just squeeze it with my fingers..i use my magnifying mirror though so its easier to see them..but to make them easy to come out boil a pot of water %26amp; lean over and let the steam go on your face. it helps

first off if you want to get rid of a black head do not squeez it that cause friction to the skin and it make it worse there is no house hold products that will help but some really good soap like dial no scent that helps pull the dirt out of them try that with a hot towel and dont touch your face at all and keep your face from the receiver part of the phone
