Blackheads & whiteheads ! ?

i have had problems with whiteheads %26amp; blackheads all my life %26amp; my face is covered in them recently more than ever..i am using clean %26amp; clear..but nothing works! help? never have tried proactive would that be too harsh since its not pimples? or is it good for what i have too? please suggest something lol..its driving me crazyBlackheads %26amp; whiteheads ! ?
Blackheads and whiteheads are a specific type of acne.


Oil based makeup makes things worse so, use makeup labeled non-comedogenic.


Anything with benzoyl peroxide should help.


You can see a dermatologist to get retin-a.

Use something with a high Benzoyl Peroxide (you may need a Rx, but they do have some good stuff you can buy that has like a 4-5% BP content). As far as the blackheads go, you have to get rid of them. Sometimes its just by squeezing them out. I know a lot of people will say this will damage your face, but if exfoliating your skin and then using a blackhead removing scrub doesnt work then nothing else will besides getting them out, and if you do it carefully the area will be fine in a day.
